Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Lusk, Wyoming, to help educators achieve financial security. This role offers competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package, an exclusive territory, and a comprehensive product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and business management skills, a commitment to client success, and the ability to present products effectively. Required licenses include Life and Health, and Property and Casualty. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, along with the ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
