Role summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Agent in San Bernardino, CA, to serve educators and their families. This performance-based role offers unlimited income potential with enhanced commissions, monthly and quarterly incentives for the first 36 months, and a sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include solving financial challenges for educators, presenting products, community engagement, and building professional connections.
