Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Lansing, MI, to support educators by providing insurance and financial solutions. This role offers performance-based compensation with a significant incentive package over 48 months, an exclusive territory, and access to cutting-edge technology and training. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and business management skills, a commitment to client success, and experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Required licenses include Life and Health, Property and Casualty, with the ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
