Role summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Lake Oswego, OR, to help educators achieve financial security. This role offers performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package, exclusive territory, and ongoing training. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting insurance and financial products, building relationships, and managing your agency. Requires resident state general lines insurance licenses (Life & Health, Property & Casualty) and preferred FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry is preferred.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
