Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in Wilmington, DE, to serve educators and their families. This role offers unlimited income potential with a performance-based compensation package, including a 36-month incentive and enhanced commissions. Responsibilities include prospecting, building client relationships, presenting insurance products, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to solving financial challenges for educators and possess or be able to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses. This is an in-person, field-based role with a focus on a niche market.
