Role summary
House Doctors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from contract signing to completion. This role involves managing schedules, ordering materials, coordinating crews and subcontractors, handling permits, and ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in residential remodeling, with 2 years in a supervisory PM role, strong knowledge of local permits and codes, and proficiency in CRM and Excel. Preferred qualifications include experience with kitchens, baths, basements, decks, and OSHA/Lead-Safe certifications.

We need a Project Manager who turns signed contracts into finished kitchens, bathrooms, basements and decks: on time, on budget, and done right.
House Doctors is a leading nationwide franchise in the home repair and remodel industry. Our St Peters, MO location has served St. Charles County, West County and St. Louis County for 18+ years. We're licensed, bonded and insured, offer a 1-year labor warranty, and have an A+ BBB rating and many five-star reviews.
Pay structureTotal pay of about $85K to $120K for a proven PM.
· Base salary: $70,000 to $95,000 depending on experience
· Quarterly bonus: 10–25% of base

What you'll do · Run multiple jobs at a time, from contract to close-out
· Take over from sales, conduct pre-construction site visits and confirm measurements
· Plan schedules, order materials coordinate deliveries
· Handle permits, zoning and inspections
· Direct crews and subcontractors day to day on the jobs you manage
· Ensure quality through out project build
· Keep homeowners informed and manage change orders
· Keep every job on budget
Who you are Required
· Result driven professional with 7+ years in residential remodeling, 2+ supervising as PM
· Hands-on trade experience, detail oriented, and organized
· Local permit and code knowledge
· Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills
· Proficient with CRM, Excel, Apps, other software
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
· Kitchen, bath, basement finishing, or deck experience
· OSHA, Lead-Safe (RRP)
Physical requirements: walk job sites, climb ladders, work in basements and outdoors, and lift up to 50 lb.
