Role summary

This role is for an HVAC Maintenance Trainee with a strong sales focus. You will receive 10 weeks of paid training to develop technical and sales skills. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems, recommending products and services to clients, and identifying opportunities for system improvements. The position requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with an ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships. This is an onsite, full-time role with potential to earn $50-80k in the first year through a combination of hourly pay and commission. After Training, You Will Know How to:

  • Sell - Heavy focus on customer service and recommending products and services:
  • Recommending the best products and services to enhance their comfort and safety that add value.
  • Perform routine maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
  • Operate tools to inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, from furnaces to condenser units.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, demonstrate integrity and respect, and identify opportunities to improve their HVAC systems.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and sales skills—you're comfortable recommending services to meet client needs.
  • Customer service oriented with an ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions, be punctual, and work with a high degree of integrity.

    • Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • Must regularly use hands, arms, and voice for various tasks and client interactions.
  • Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential spaces, with frequent physical activity.
