Role summary
HP Hood is seeking a casual Manufacturing Filler Operator to monitor equipment, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. The role requires strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, intermediate computer proficiency (Word, Excel), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, managing documentation, and ensuring production readiness. This position involves long periods of standing, frequent bending, and heavy lifting, with variable shifts including nights and weekends.

Casual Employee: - This is a casual position with variable shifts that may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may fall between 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., or 5:00 am - 1:30 pm; or 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm; or 9:00 pm - 5:30 am - depending on business needs. Openings needed are primarily on Swing/Graveyard. Must be willing to work Swing/Graveyard
Casual employees will receive (80%) of the regular inside employee wages. For candidates based in California, this position starts at $26.80
