About the role

Are you passionate about executive recruiting and crafting searches that land specialized talent? We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to focus on one of our most critical growth functions. Your value starts before a hiring need ever reaches your desk.

This is not a queue of reqs to clear. You will map the market, build a talent network proactively and design each search strategy from the ground up.

You will be a trusted partner to leadership, translating business priorities into hiring plans and flagging market constraints early. We expect you to bring a point of view on how Hut 8 competes for niche talent across energy, power, and infrastructure, and to earn the credibility to be heard at the executive table.

What You'll Own

What We're Looking For

You've recruited specialized talent and you understand the difference between posting a job and actually finding the people who don't apply. You've worked directly with senior stakeholders and know how to push back, not just execute. You're comfortable building from scratch in a company that moves fast.

Work setting

This role is based onsite five days a week at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida. Candidates must be Miami-based or willing to relocate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
