Role Overview

We are looking for a
Junior Software Engineer
to join as a co-founder and support the development of software projects. You will work closely with the team to build applications, solve technical problems, and contribute to the development of client and internal products.

This is a
founding role offering 25% equity

no compensation until the agency generates sustainable cashflow

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining software applications

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

• Support both frontend and backend development tasks

• Debug and resolve technical issues

• Participate in testing and improving software performance

• Collaborate with the team to implement new features

• Contribute to improving development workflows and processes

Requirements

• Basic experience in software development or programming

• Familiarity with modern programming languages or frameworks
