Role Description

- Exceptional skills in Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership, promoting collaboration and coordinating among diverse teams.
- Strong ability to drive innovation and align product efforts with strategic business objectives.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, combined with an analytical mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience in the retail, financial, or hospitality industry is a plus.
