Role summary

Ignite Digital Services is seeking an Analyst I to support a U.S. Navy Business Management contract. This role involves data-driven business operations, assisting with analytical, financial, and risk/automation initiatives across multiple Navy locations. Key responsibilities include conducting data, statistical, and financial analysis, supporting Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, and contributing to program documentation and process improvement. The position requires 10 years of experience in supporting DoW projects, with specific experience in Federal Budget Process, PPBE, and Navy POM activities. An active DoD Secret clearance is required. The salary is 110k+.

    • Ignite Digital Services is seeking an Analyst I to support an awarded U.S. Navy Business Management contract focused on future manning requirements across multiple Navy locations—including the National Capital Region, Millington TN, San Diego CA, San Antonio TX, Jacksonville FL, New Orleans LA, and Pensacola FL.

    The Analyst I will contribute to data-driven business operations, assisting with analytical assessments, financial evaluations, and enterprise‑level risk and automation initiatives. The selected candidate may work in either government or contractor facilities, supporting diverse mission priorities and collaborating with senior government stakeholders, program teams, and cross-functional partners.

    This position provides an exceptional opportunity to support Navy readiness and modernization efforts through quantitative analysis, process improvement, and risk‑informed insights.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis, statistical analysis, and financial analysis to support business operations, manpower forecasting, and organizational decision-making.
  • Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities, including identifying risks, assessing impacts, and tracking mitigation strategies.
  • Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, including requirements development, workflow documentation, and process evaluation.
  • Provide support for marketing and public affairs communication tasks related to business management activities.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of program documentation, tracking tools, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Assist with the evaluation and improvement of business processes to improve operational efficiency and alignment to Navy mission needs.
  • Perform research and analysis to support Federal Budget Process, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), and Navy Program Objective Memorandum (POM) activities as required at the task order level.
  • Work collaboratively with government personnel and Ignite Digital teammates to deliver high-quality, timely products.

    • Required Qualifications:

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Law, Engineering, Social Sciences, Physical/Applied Sciences, or a management discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Information Technology).
  • Master’s degree in a related field may be preferred at the task order level.

    • Experience:

  • 10 years of experience supporting DoW projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in:

    • Specific Experience:

    • Security Clearance:

  • Active DoD Secret clearance required upon hiring.

    • Salary: 110k+ to align with education and experience.
