Network Support Technician Level IIImage Tech | Wixom, MI | Full-Time | We’re hiring an experienced Level 2 Network Support Technician to handle escalated desktop issues and manage multi-vendor network environments. If you’re self-motivated, take ownership of your work, and enjoy solving tough technical problems, we’d like to hear from you.What You’ll Do

• Act as the top escalation point for desktop and end-user support (a major part of this role)
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls from multiple brands (Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.)
• Resolve complex network issues, including VLANs, VPNs, routing, DNS/DHCP
• Manage your ticket queue and projects to completion on time
• Apply security best practices and help keep users and systems protected

What You Need

• [5+] years of IT support experience, including Level 2/3 work
• Advanced networking skills across multiple hardware vendors
• Strong Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time well

Nice to Have

• Kaseya VSA or N-able N-Central experience
• Cybersecurity knowledge (strong plus)
• Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar certifications
• MSP experience
