Role summary
Imagine One Technology & Management is seeking a Lead Computer Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington. This role involves managing Tier 2 IT support operations, including troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, and network connectivity. The Lead Specialist will also train and provide performance input for subordinates, acting as an intermediary between the team and upper management. Requires a minimum of four years of IT support management experience, ITIL and Office 365 certifications, and an active Top Secret clearance. CompTIA Security+ or SSCP, and a current Microsoft Desktop OS Certification are also required.
Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Lead Computer Support Specialist “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington.
The Lead Computer Support Specialist serves as intermediary between the team and upper management. Articulates assignments, plans subordinate work, trains, or arranges training, provides input to the supervisor on performance management and personnel administration.
Experience Requirements:
- minimum of four years of experience in the management and resolution of Tier 2 levels IT Support operations.
- Thorough knowledge in the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop Operating Systems, desktop productivity applications, desktop defense tools, Microsoft Active Directory account management and permissions, network connectivity troubleshooting.
CompTIA Security + and/or ISC2 SSCP, Current Microsoft Desktop OS Certification
Certification/Education Requirements: Current ITIL certification & Office 365 certification
Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance is required.
