Role summary

InHome Therapy is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) for home health roles across Palm Beach County, FL. This position offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and a supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities include providing home health occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, assisting them in regaining independence, and completing timely documentation. Requirements include an active COTA license, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort. Mileage reimbursement and ongoing mentorship are provided. This role is paid per visit.

  • Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
  • Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
  • Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

    *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
