Role summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed full-time and part-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in the Northlake area. The role offers a flexible schedule, caseload stability, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, implementing therapy programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining documentation. A valid OT license, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort are required. The position offers a per-visit payment structure with potential bonuses and benefits eligibility varying by employment status.

  • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70- $80 per visit

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
  • Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

    • Requirements

  • Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

    *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
