Role summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time and part-time positions serving adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Vero Beach. The role offers a flexible schedule, caseload stability, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools. Responsibilities include delivering in-home therapy, evaluating patients, implementing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and maintaining documentation. Requirements include an active OT license, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort. The position is paid per visit, with rates ranging from $70-$80, and offers a bonus program and benefits.

  • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70- $80 per visit

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
  • Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

    • Requirements

  • Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

    *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
