Role summary
InHome Therapy is seeking licensed home care Physical Therapists (PT) to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in the St. Charles area. The role offers a flexible schedule, caseload stability, mileage reimbursement, and provided supplies. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation per Medicare and agency standards. Requirements include an active PT license, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort. Compensation is per-visit, with potential for bonuses and benefits depending on employment status.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
