ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Program / Operations Manager to lead vendor operations, contracting workflows, and strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring financial and program alignment across projects.
You will play a key role in scaling programs, integrating AI-driven workflows, and driving process improvements across the organization. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex operational systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact
- Establish and optimize operational systems, processes, and documentation
- Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, templates, and internal guidelines
- Support team communication, information distribution, and cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with sourcing and vendor teams to enable customized contracting processes
- Manage relationships with preferred vendors and streamline intake workflows
- Support research planning, resource allocation, and project execution
- Track and manage contracting, purchase orders, and invoice workflows
- Maintain financial datasets, reports, and budget tracking systems
- Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Prepare metric-driven reports and performance summaries
- Proactively manage program expectations, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Adapt quickly and provide flexible solutions to meet evolving team needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience building and scaling programs end-to-end
- Strong vendor management and contracting experience
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience using data to inform decisions and drive change
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and reporting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience integrating AI tools and workflows into operations or program management
- Demonstrated ability to support responsible and ethical AI adoption
- Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights
