Role summary
Sutter Health is seeking a Program Manager IV for the East Bay Medical Foundation. This role is responsible for evaluating and improving quality programs by facilitating strategic planning, achieving growth goals, and ensuring quality, service, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include clinic space management, new care center activation, renovation oversight, enhancing patient experience, and managing building maintenance escalations and emergency response. The position requires 8 years of recent relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of strategic and business plan development, including research and analysis, is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview
Is responsible for the evaluation and improvement of quality programs through facilitation and support of the annual strategic planning process for the program, achievement of growth goals for the program, and shared accountability for the achievement of quality, service, and financial performance goals for the program.
Responsibility includes: Clinic Space Management, regularly update and monitor clinic space usage to enhance space utilization. New care center activation and renovation of care sites. Enhance and support the patient experience score. Building maintenance escalation and emergency management oversight

Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field

Skills And Knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development.
- Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, payors.

Pay Range is $131,996.80 to $197,995.20 / annual salary
