Role summary
Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join their practice in Brighton & Mashpee, MA. This full-time, onsite role offers a Monday-Friday, 4-day workweek with no call. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, diagnosing and treating various skin conditions, performing procedures like biopsies and excisions, and collaborating with a clinical team including Mohs surgeons. Prior dermatology experience is preferred (2 years), and active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts is required. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and a patient-first mindset.
About the Role
- Practice at the top of your license providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.
- Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
- Collaborate closely with fellow physicians, Physician Assistants, and the Mohs surgery team.
- Monday-Friday, 4 Day Workweek. No Call.
What We're Looking For
- Active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.
- A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
