Role summary

Seeking an energetic, people-focused HR professional for a 6-month contract role in El Paso, TX, supporting a manufacturing environment. The HRBP Specialist will serve as the primary HR contact for hourly associates, leading employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and learning & development initiatives. Responsibilities include handling investigations, coaching leaders, analyzing HR data, and driving process improvements using Excel and digital HR tools. Requires 2+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication, presentation, and Excel skills. Manufacturing experience and bilingual Spanish/English are preferred.

Location: El Paso, TX 79912 (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $30-40/hour (W2, no benefits)

Duration: 6-Month Contract | Possible Extension

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This opportunity is ideal for an early to mid-level HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, solving workplace challenges, supporting leaders, and driving positive employee experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for hourly associates.
  • Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Support frontline supervisors and leadership teams with coaching and HR guidance.
  • Manage hourly recruitment, onboarding, and contractor conversions.
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, DE&I initiatives, and community outreach.
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives across the site.
  • Analyze HR data and support process improvements using Excel and digital HR tools.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience handling workplace investigations and difficult conversations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
