Intown Golf Club in Raleigh, NC is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Golf Services Associate. This role involves managing the bag drop, assisting members with clubs, directing them to facilities, maintaining clubhouse and outdoor areas, assisting with golf shop duties, and managing locker rooms. The ideal candidate will have previous clubhouse, golf course, or premium hospitality/customer service experience, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive wages ($16.00 - $18.00/hour) and premium benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.

We are currently seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Golf Services Associate to join our local operations team. What You’ll Do:
First-Class Hospitality: Manage the bag drop and assist members and guests with their golf clubs, warmly directing them to their simulators, putting greens, locker rooms, or fitness facilities.
Clubhouse Operations: Maintain the pristine presentation of the putting green and all common outdoor/indoor areas, assisting the service and golf professional staff with quick facility upkeep between member groups.
Club Support: Step in to assist with golf shop duties, manage member locker rooms, and ensure an elite standard of cleanliness and service throughout the entire facility.
Team Alignment: Work collaboratively across departments to uphold IGC’s core values and ensure a seamless, world-class club visit for every guest.
What You Bring:
The Background: Previous clubhouse, golf course, or premium hospitality/customer service experience is preferred, but a natural passion for elevated hospitality is key.
The Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming, professional, and approachable demeanor.
The Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekend shifts to support club operations.
