Role summary
Invisors is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Architect to lead their Data Conversion (DC) workstream. This role involves coaching junior consultants and managing the design and delivery of Workday projects, collaborating with functional architects and other domain leads. The architect will also contribute to internal business development and team growth. Key responsibilities include guiding project scope, planning, developing solutions, managing budgets, and handling data mapping and transformation. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience, prior consulting experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience leading data conversion workstreams across multiple industries. SQL skills and experience with Workday reporting tools are preferred.

About this Role
As anInvisorsData ConversionArchitect, you will lead theDCworkstreaminternally by coaching more junior consultants, and externallyby managing the design and delivery of Workday projects.On projects, you will work closely withfunctional architects across all Workday areas in scope, as well asmanagecross-functional impacts with other domain leads. Thisrole will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system.
In addition to your client-facing role, everyInvisorsManager plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve ourclientofferings, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
AnInvisors Architect must:
Havethe project,industry, andWorkday experience to guideprojectscopeanddesign commitments with a client.
Be a partner for the Project Manager and Engagement Executive for the planning ofthearea ofaproject.
Proactively work with other areas of the project to develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges. ADCmanager willnot simply advocate fortheworkstreambutinstead will lookto develop the best solution for the project, client, andInvisorsoverall.
Assistin budgetary accountability for their projects.
Read the room and tailor approach appropriatelyanddeliver difficult messages effectively.
Have the ability toconvert data for 4 or more workstreams and the flexibility to quickly learn a newworkstream
Handle mapping conversations and manage the transformation work across a project.

Location & Employment Requirements
Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.
This is a full-time W2 position only. Invisors does not offer C2C arrangements or contract opportunities.
