The role involves operating and scaling backend infrastructure, developing CI/CD workflows for Web3 automation bots and API services, managing cloud environments with Docker/Kubernetes, integrating Web3 data services, ensuring high uptime during critical events, and applying security best practices. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor client campaign infrastructure.

infrastructure is critical. We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and manage the systems that
power our internal tooling, campaign automation workflows, analytics integrations, and
backend services — ensuring high performance and uptime across all operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and scale backend infrastructure that supports campaign automation tools,
tracking services, analytics dashboards, and Web3 marketing workflows for client
projects
- Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows for Web3 automation bots
(Discord/Twitter/Telegram), API services, and internal growth tooling used in multiplatform campaigns
- Manage cloud environments and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) to
support high-throughput data services, campaign microservices, and system
components used in token launch and DAO campaigns
- Integrate and support Web3 data services (e.g., blockchain data indexers, on-chain
event listeners, RPC endpoints) that feed into marketing dashboards or campaign logic
- Ensure reliability and uptime during high-traffic events such as NFT mint launches, IDO/ICO events, community DAO activations, and major influencer drives — with robust
monitoring and alerting
- Apply security best practices for infrastructure and secrets, especially where handling
API keys, client tokens, webhook integrations, and Web3-related components
- Collaborate with Growth, Community, and Technical teams to deploy, scale, and
monitor client campaign infrastructure aligned with growth goals and release timelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience owning DevOps or SRE responsibilities for production systems
end-to-end
- Strong experience designing and operating AWS infrastructure for automation platforms,
analytics services, and client-facing tools
- Deep hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, including scalable
deployments and infrastructure ownership
- Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or
Jenkins) for frequent, reliable releases
- Advanced Linux, networking, monitoring, and incident-response experience using tools
like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK
- Hands-on experience supporting Web3 infrastructure, including RPC providers (e.g.,
Alchemy, Infura), on-chain data services, blockchain analytics, or smart contractintegrated systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
