This position combines front-office presence with operational ownership. It is structured to grow, and we expect you to play a direct role in shaping its future. Key responsibilities include:
Reception
- Maintain a consistent, professional front desk presence
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and team members
- Coordinate office upkeep, organization, layout optimization, and overall workplace experience
- Manage office-related errands, pickups, and local logistics as needed
- Plan and coordinate team events, celebrations, and in-office experiences that support culture and engagement
- Support and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with company values
- Act as primary liaison with building management for access, maintenance, and facility-related needs
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate oversight of inventory and stockroom organization
- Manage regular audits and replenishment cycles
- Manage product and asset check-in and check-out processes with clear tracking and accountability
- Coordinate ordering, shipping, and receiving of equipment and materials
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of office supplies and ensure timely procurement
- Identify opportunities to standardize inventory processes for efficiency and accuracy
Operations
- Own company-wide internal communications, including announcements and operational documentation
- Manage vendor relationships for supplies, facilities, events, and shipping, including coordination and budgeting
- Oversee office and facilities operations, including workspace setup, maintenance, and access management
- Identify, correct, and prevent operational issues by improving processes and implementing repeatable solutions
- Take ownership of mistakes and gaps, ensuring root causes are addressed and not repeated
- Partner with leadership on operational priorities, updates, visibility, and follow-through on key initiatives
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures across all other responsibilities
Position requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in a customer service role
- 1 or more years of experience in a management role
- 1 or more years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or equivalent
- This is an in-office position; must be able to commute daily to Tigard, OR
- Reliable transportation; some local travel is expected, with mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Nice-to-Haves:
- Professional experience working with technology
- Experience with data entry/basic-level database work
- Experience using AI/LLMs
- Experience working with inventory, ordering, shipping, and/or receiving

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
