Role summary

IXL Learning, a global edtech leader, seeks a Strategic Partnership Specialist in Miami, FL, for a full-time remote position. This role supports Miami-Dade County Public Schools by delivering professional learning, collaborating on strategies to leverage IXL for instructional goals, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is an organized, strategic educational leader with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and at least 7 years of experience in educational professional development, including experience as a school/district administrator or extensive PD delivery. Familiarity with web technologies and data-driven decision-making is required.

IXL Learning, a global edtech leader with personalized learning products used by millions of students worldwide, is seeking a Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support Miami-Dade County Public Schools.

As a Strategic Partnership Specialist, you will deliver high-quality professional learning sessions, focusing on supporting M-DCPS administrators, building principals, and educators to effectively implement IXL in their schools and classrooms. You’ll also collaborate with district leaders to develop creative strategies for leveraging IXL to support key initiatives and achieve their instructional goals. #LI-REMOTE

This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in Miami, Florida. #LI-EM1

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions

Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL

Travel locally to deliver impactful professional development sessions and provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions – up to 60% local travel with occasional overnight travel

Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation

Use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps

Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BA/BS degree

7+ years of educational professional development experience

MUST either have experience as a school or district administrator OR have had extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences

Experience teaching in a K-12 setting (preferred experience in M-DCPS)

Exceptional presentation skills

Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction

Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude

Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology

Strategic thinker and problem-solver
