Role summary
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to focus on endpoint and email security, security operations, and incident response. The role involves managing security tools, investigating and remediating security incidents, and documenting security procedures. Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow is preferred. This is a hands-on technical role focused on executing security measures rather than network engineering or design.
Cybersecurity Role (Not a Network Engineer or Design role)
- Endpoint Security (CrowdStrike, Defender, Carbon Black, Tanium, etc.)
- Email Security (Proofpoint, Defender for O365, IronPort, phishing investigations, rule tuning)
- Security Operations
- Ticket based environments (ServiceNow preferred)
- Incident response and remediation
- Clear documentation and collaboration with infrastructure teams
- Proxy / Secure Access exposure (Zscaler, Umbrella, or similar) is a plus
- Automation exposure (PowerShell, Python, scripting) is a nice to have, not a requirement
