Role summary
A profitable blockchain ecosystem is expanding its capital introduction team and seeks experienced 1099 Independent Financial Brokers and Sales Executives. This role involves leveraging your existing network to connect high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and crypto funds with a revenue-generating project. You will benefit from uncapped earning potential, performance-based success fees, and elite founder support, including institutional-grade materials. A minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in capital raising, private placements, investment banking, or high-ticket Web3 sales is required, along with an active network and a deep understanding of the crypto market.

We are expanding our capital introduction team and seeking proven, heavy-hitting 1099 Independent Financial Brokers and Sales Executives. In this role, you will leverage your existing network to connect our verified, revenue-generating project with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and crypto-focused funds.
- De-Risked for Investors: We are already profitable. You are pitching an active, revenue-generating ecosystem, not a speculative whitepaper.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Lucrative, performance-based success fees under a flexible 1099 contractor structure, paid out in fiat or top-tier digital assets.
