Leasing Professional, The Reserve at Patterson Place

Jefferson Apartment Group is a full-service real estate firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use real estate investments through our acquisition, development, construction and property management services. We are seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our team at The Reserve at Patterson Place, a 345 unit, Class A midrise, is centrally located in Southwest Durham, North Carolina.

Weekend hours will be required. The primary function of the Leasing Professional is to lease apartments and create a vital first impression for JAG Management Company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
