The ideal candidate will inspire confidence, build community, and create a challenging yet supportive environment for clients. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional classes, providing personalized attention, and ensuring an elevated fitness experience. Qualifications include a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, the ability to lead fast-paced classes, and a willingness to complete comprehensive training. Previous group fitness experience is preferred, and CPR/AED certification is required.

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining the boutique fitness experience. Our instructors do more than lead classes. They inspire confidence, build community, and create a space where clients feel challenged, supported, and empowered to get stronger, physically and mentally.

We're opening JETSET Pilates San Ramon this December, and we're looking for the founding team who will teach our first classes and shape what this studio becomes. Whether you're an experienced fitness professional or ready to take your coaching to the next level, this is a rare chance to get world-class Pilates certification, fully paid, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding brand from day one.

WHY BECOME A FOUNDING INSTRUCTOR WITH JETSET?

Shape the Studio From the Start. Join the team that opens JETSET Pilates in Walnut Creek and San Ramon. You'll set the studio's culture, teach our first classes, and become a familiar face to our founding JETSETters from day one.
Learn how a studio is built. Work alongside our GM and owners as we open and grow. You'll see firsthand how a new studio launches, builds its membership, and expands.
Get Pilates certified at our expense. If you've wanted world-class Pilates training and certification, this is the best opportunity you'll find. Instructors selected through auditions complete JETSET's five-day, 30-hour certification at the JETSET Training Academy in Dallas. We cover the full cost, including training, flights, and accommodation.
Work out for free. Take unlimited free classes on any open reformer at both our Walnut Creek and San Ramon studios, and enjoy discounted staff rates at our fitness partner studios across the East Bay.
Make it your class. Design your own class within the JETSET format, set to DJ-curated playlists. No two classes are the same.
