Job Summary:

We are seeking a Program Contracts Senior Manager to oversee contractual activities and support program execution. This role involves managing contract lifecycle processes, including change management, proposal development, compliance, and customer engagement. The position acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring contractual obligations and program goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement contract strategies and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements
• Manage day-to-day contractual activities including planning, tracking, and documentation
• Review and analyze contract terms, particularly for government contracts (FAR 12 & FAR 15)
• Lead change management activities, including proposal submissions and approvals
• Monitor contract performance and identify risks and opportunities
• Participate in program reviews, customer meetings, and reporting activities
• Support contract negotiations and dispute resolution
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and cross-functional teams
• Manage contract deliverables, funding reports, and estimates to complete
• Support variance analysis and program performance tracking

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in government contracting
• Strong understanding of FAR 12 and FAR 15 contracts
• Experience in contract lifecycle management and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Eligibility to meet U.S. export control requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience with contract negotiations and dispute resolution
• Familiarity with EVMS and program financial tracking
• Experience with risk and opportunity management
• Ability to manage complex contractual documentation and scope
