Post Fab Module Engineer - Evening Shift

onsemi is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Post Fab BGBM Module Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Hopewell Junction, NY. This position will serve as a key technical resource supporting systems and manufacturing operations during evening production hours. 

The successful candidate will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to rapidly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting production performance. This role will focus on driving equipment performance, process stability, defect reduction, productivity improvements, and continuous operational excellence.

Post Fab BGBM Module Engineer – Evening Shift

Location: Hopewell Junction, NY 
Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (4x10 Schedule)

Shift Structure: Dedicated evening engineering model to provide direct support to manufacturing operations during critical production hours.

Shift A: Sunday – Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Shift B: Wednesday – Saturday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM 

• Dedicated overlap every Wednesday for project reviews, prioritization, communication, and shift handoff activities. 

• Engineering coverage every evening and on weekends. 

• Three consecutive days off each week.
