Dice is seeking a Program Manager for IFLOWSOFT Solutions Inc. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite in Alpharetta or NYC. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery execution across multiple initiatives, translating roadmaps into release plans and sprint goals. Job Description: Delivery & Program Management Responsibilities
Execution Ownership

  • Own endtoend delivery execution across multiple initiatives or workstreams.
  • Translate roadmap milestones into release plans, sprint goals, and delivery checkpoints.
  • Ensure alignment between Product Owners priorities and delivery capacity.
  • Track progress against committed scope, timeline, and quality objectives.

Governance, Risk & Controls

  • Ensure adherence to Morgan Stanley delivery governance, audit, and risk controls.
  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
  • Drive mitigation plans for delivery, technology, and operational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, release, and change management processes.

Status Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Produce clear, concise, and accurate delivery status reports for leadership.
  • Chair Service Delivery Status Meetings (monthly / weekly as required).
  • Communicate delivery health using meaningful indicators:
  • Sprint predictability
  • Dependency risk
  • Quality signals
  • Release readiness
  • Act as the single source of truth for delivery progress and issues.
