Role summary
Jukebox is seeking a Junior Chief of Staff to support leadership, Growth, and People teams in a high-growth healthtech company. This remote role involves managing executive calendars and logistics, end-to-end meeting operations, travel coordination for the Growth team, and supporting the People team with hiring and culture events. The position also includes handling ad hoc projects, vendor coordination, and process documentation. Qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in an operational or administrative role, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack. Familiarity with AI tools is required, and experience with travel booking platforms is preferred. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual early in their career looking to grow into Chief of Staff or operations roles.
At Jukebox Health, our mission is to empower everyone to live safer, healthier, more independent lives at home. We partner with health plans to make homes safer and more accessible for older adults and high-needs populations. We achieve this by combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers to deliver personalized home modifications and environmental supports nationwide. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, Jukebox Health is a fast growing healthcare services company backed by top venture capital firms like Valtruis and The Home Depot.
We're looking for a sharp, ambitious Junior Chief of Staff to sit at the center of how Jukebox operates day-to-day. Reporting to the VP of People, you'll work across leadership, Growth, and People to keep things moving — owning meeting operations, executive logistics, hiring support, and culture programming while building a firsthand understanding of how a high-growth healthtech company runs. This is a real launchpad for someone who wants to grow into a Chief of Staff, People Operations, or broader business operations role. If you're early in your career, thrive on variety, and want to be close to the action at a mission-driven company, this is your role.
