Kate Ryan Event Rentals is an event rental company based in Tampa, Florida, serving events throughout Central and Southwest Florida.
THIS IS NOT A 9 TO 5 POSITION.
This role is about much more than simply delivering furniture, chairs, bars, décor, and other event rental items. We are delivering an experience.
Every delivery, setup, breakdown, and client interaction represents Kate Ryan Event Rentals. This is a highly customer service focused position where presentation, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail are extremely important.
Our team is expected to make sure every item is delivered correctly, handled with care, placed properly, presented well, and that the client feels taken care of from start to finish.
Attention to detail is a 100% must. Flexibility, agreeability, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and event needs are essential to being successful in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles and rental trucks for deliveries as assigned
- Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and protecting inventory
- Support event setup and breakdown
- Ensure rental items are placed correctly and presented professionally
- Follow all driving safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain a professional and customer service focused attitude when interacting with clients, venues, and event partners
- Assist with basic warehouse support tasks as needed
- Help ensure every delivery and setup meets Kate Ryan Event Rentals' standards for quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
