Kendra Scott is seeking a Temporary Transportation & Production Specialist to support inbound transportation and production activities. This role involves organizing and inputting purchase order data into Oracle MFCS, auditing data, updating shipment tracking, booking LTL/FTL shipments, managing package claims, and processing transportation invoices. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a supply chain or compliance role, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Applications, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Transportation, the Temporary Transportation & Production Specialist will be responsible for supporting activities related to inbound transportation and production. On occasion, this position will act as a liaison with Kendra Scott vendors and business partners, both internal and external. This is a high-energy environment seeking a passionate supply chain professional to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Production Support (50%)

Assist with purchase order data organization and input into our software system- Oracle MFCS

Assist in auditing purchase order data in MFCS.

Transportation Support (50%)

Updates tracking documents and communicates with cross-functional teams daily regarding inbound shipments

Engages freight provider to book LTL/FTL shipments as requested from cross-functional teams

Submits and monitors outbound package claims.

Processes and maintains records for transportation invoices

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years’ experience in a supply chain support role or 1+ years' experience in a compliance-based role

Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Applications

Analytical/Strong Attention to detail

Excels in a fast-paced environment

Strong communicator and collaborator
