Role summary
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Kitchen Exhaust Technician for our night shift operations. This role involves deep-cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, and rooftop fans using hot-water pressure washers. You will be responsible for setting up equipment, performing thorough cleaning, taking before-and-after photos, and ensuring the kitchen is spotless before opening. While prior experience is not required, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly are essential. This is a hands-on, physical role requiring the ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work overnight schedules. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory. We offer solid pay starting at $20/hr, performance bonuses, paid training, trade certification (NFPA 96), and opportunities for career advancement.

- Setting up pressure washers, hoses, and protective plastic in restaurant kitchens.
- Power washing hoods, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans down to bare metal.
- Taking quality before-and-after photos to verify work compliance.
- Meticulously cleaning up the kitchen so it’s spotless before the restaurant opens.
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and reliable rides to our shop in Sheridan.
- Physical Capability: Able to climb ladders to get on roofs, lift 50 lbs, and stand for long shifts.
- Night Shift Comfort: Comfortable working late-night/overnight schedules.
