Role summary
KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Community Manager for Lugar Towers in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves overseeing daily apartment community operations, managing resident concerns, rent collection, marketing, and leading site staff. The ideal candidate will have property management experience, including Project Based Section 8, LIHTC Tax Credit Compliance, NSPIRE, MOR, Budgets, Tax Credit Lease-Up & Rehab Construction. Demonstrated leadership, budgeting experience, a customer service mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required. The company will cover the cost for the Real Estate Salesperson License.

Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.
