Role summary

LaBella's Program Management Services Division is seeking a Distribution Engineer to join their client's office. This role involves performing pre-application DG screens, distribution protection and control coordination studies, and evaluating system impact studies to determine necessary system upgrades. The engineer will also be responsible for determining settings for new equipment and designing system upgrades within SAP. The position requires 2-5 years of engineering experience in the functional area and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

We are currently hiring a Distribution Engineer in LaBella’s Program Management Services Division at our client’s office.
The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.

Duties

Perform Pre-Application DG Screens
Perform Distribution Protection & Control Coordination Studies
Evaluate System Impact Studies and determine required system upgrades
Determine settings for new equipment (Reclosers, Cap Banks, Regulators, Etc).
Design System Upgrades in SAP
Salary Range — $75,000 - $120,000 per year
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
2-5 years of engineering experience in the functional area
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology
PE requested
