  • Maintain marketing systems and product content across platforms such as our digital asset library, Syndigo, Klaviyo, Salesforce and product finder.
  • Respond to customer and sales requests for product images, logos, custom materials and retailer product-page updates.
  • Support new and existing product setup, industry award submissions, branded merchandise and department files.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, tastings and events to help bring Vermont Creamery to life on LinkedIn.

What you bring (Requirements)

  • One to three years of experience in marketing, project coordination, administration, customer service or a related support role preferred; everyone from exceptional recent graduates to experienced professionals who take initiative, solve problems and reliably turn ideas into action are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, plus confidence working with teammates, customers, agencies and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to learn new systems and solve problems.

Nice to have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Event or trade show coordination
  • Budget and vendor management; marketing technology; digital shelf content; or social media.
  • An appreciation for high-quality food, agriculture, craftsmanship, community and continuous improvement is a big plus.
