As a Residential Construction Technician, you'll be more than just labor support. You'll work alongside experienced construction professionals, assist with jobsite coordination, quality control, material management, and gain the skills needed to grow into a future Assistant Project Manager role.

What You'll Do:

Hands-on construction and carpentry work
Assist with jobsite organization and quality inspections
Coordinate material deliveries and punch list completion
Support project teams on active residential construction sites
Learn the path toward construction management

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of residential construction experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically active environment
Desire to grow your career in residential construction
