Role summary
Franklin Plaza is seeking a Dietary Technician to assist residents with their nutritional health and happiness. The role involves supporting the Registered Dietitian, ensuring meals meet resident needs, monitoring dietary quality, and collaborating with care teams. The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in Nutrition, is registered with the Commission for Dietetic Registration, and has at least 1 year of healthcare experience, with knowledge of nursing home dietary regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and compassionate skills are essential. This onsite position is located in Cleveland.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Registered Dietitian in providing personalized nutritional care
- Ensure meals and snacks are safe, appetizing, and tailored to each resident’s needs
- Help monitor dietary quality and compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with dietary staff, care teams, and residents to promote satisfaction and wellbeing
- Participate in care conferences, resident council meetings, and new resident onboarding
What You Bring to the Table:
- Associate Degree in Nutrition/Applied Science
- Registered with the Commission for Dietetic Registration
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledgeable about dietary regulations for nursing homes
- Organized, compassionate, and a great communicator
