We are hiring a Production Manager to lead vinyl pool liner fabrication and packaging. This on-site role directs people, process, quality, and throughput so finished liners ship safely, on schedule, and to standard.

You will own day-to-day liner production—setting priorities, developing the team, and coordinating with planning, engineering, safety, quality, purchasing, warehouse, and finance. The work sits at the intersection of people leadership, plant performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and direct production activities and set priorities for vinyl pool liner fabrication and packaging.
• Motivate, coach, and develop the team; lead hiring, training, cross-training, work assignment, and performance management.
• Complete timely performance appraisals; recognize strong work and resolve personnel issues and grievances.
• Partner with management on production and quality standards, budgets, and cost controls; maintain production, material, and personnel records.
• Ensure a safe workplace and compliance with local and federal OSHA and EPA standards.
• Monitor inbound, in-process, and shipped product; drive quality corrections and keep throughput on the production schedule.
• Direct preventive maintenance on critical equipment and coordinate with planning, purchasing, warehouse, and manufacturing.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of manufacturing and project management experience required; 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience leading people on a production floor, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to meet performance standards and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced plant.
• Clear communication with plant teams, management, and cross-functional partners.
• Vinyl liner, metal fabrication, or similar manufacturing experience preferred.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
• Actual compensation will be based on experience and job-related skills.
