Leland is seeking an experienced Wedding Planning Coach to guide students and professionals in building careers in wedding planning. This role involves teaching essential skills such as event design, timeline and logistics management, vendor and venue selection, budget planning, and client communication. Coaches will also assist students with the business aspects, including marketing, branding, freelancing, and networking strategies for independent wedding planning businesses. The ideal candidate has professional wedding planning experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a structured approach to student development. Coaches operate virtually, set their own hours and rates, and collaborate with the Leland team to ensure a high-quality student experience.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
