Role summary

This role is for a Top Load Line Lead in a manufacturing environment. The primary responsibilities include managing product movement, ensuring adherence to standard operating and engineering procedures for maximum quality, and assisting in team development and employee culture enhancement. The role requires achieving production and quality goals, planning for efficient operations, and promoting a safe working environment. A High School diploma or equivalency and at least 1 year of line lead experience in manufacturing are required. The position offers full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

$20 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the movement of product through the production area
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are followed and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality
  • Assist in leading and developing a high performance team
  • Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture
  • Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals
  • Ensure that product is in the process at all times. Plan and organize work for efficient operations.
  • Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets
  • Promotes a safe working environment and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program

    • Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalency.
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • 1+ year line lead experiences required

    • Knowledge and skills (general and technical):

  • Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime
