We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our global business operations, optimize our organizational structure, and execute our long-term corporate strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board, you will be responsible for translating high-level strategic goals into actionable, measurable operational plans.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record of scaling high-growth enterprises, managing cross-functional teams, and building robust, compliant business infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
Partner with the executive leadership team to define, develop, and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy and operational goals.
Translate corporate strategy into clear, quantifiable performance metrics (KPIs and OKRs) across all business units.
Drive organizational scaling, ensuring business infrastructure, technology, and workflows keep pace with market expansion.
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations across key divisions, ensuring maximum efficiency, resource optimization, and cross-departmental alignment.
Standardize and optimize operational processes, implementing best practices and corporate governance frameworks.
Manage and mitigate operational risk, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and corporate standards.
Team Development & Performance
Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Structure and scale remote and distributed teams effectively, ensuring high engagement and clear communication channels.
Establish robust performance evaluation frameworks to incentivize and retain top talent.
Financial & Resource Oversight
Collaborate with financial leadership to manage operational budgets, capital allocation, and resource planning.
Identify cost-efficiencies and revenue-driving operational adjustments to maximize profitability.
Qualifications & Key Attributes
Proven Executive Leadership: Demonstrated success as a COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent executive role, ideally within a high-growth corporate environment or scaling enterprise.
Operational Scaling Expertise: Proven track record of successfully scaling organizations, managing change, and establishing multi-location or remote organizational structures.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous, hands-on operational execution.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, board members, and cross-functional teams.
Regulatory & Compliance Acumen: Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and implementing strict corporate governance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
