*What You'll Do*
- Design and Build: Architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions including intelligent agents, workflow automation, and custom AI models
- Integration Excellence: Integrate AI solutions with third-party applications, modern data architectures, and cloud services using best practices
- Cloud Deployment: Deploy applications and AI models across platforms and companies systems
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, IT, analytics, and other business units to embed AI tools into core workflows
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical consulting to propose solutions, gather feedback, and ensure smooth implementation transitions
- Optimization Focus: Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that deliver measurable business value
- Real-Time Analytics: Develop solutions using real-time data modeling, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics
- Documentation and Training: Document automation processes and provide technical guidance to team members
*What We're Looking For*
Required Technical Skills:
- Programming Proficiency: Strong experience in JavaScript and/or Python and JSON with demonstrated production deployment experience
- Automation Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with automation software platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Make or similar)
- AI/ML Implementation: Proven ability to implement AI solutions across business functions—not just in theory, but in execution
- Cloud and DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and CI/CD pipeline development
- System Integration: Strong foundation in APIs, system integration, and modern data architectures
Experience and Background:
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML integration, automation development, or digital transformation
- Demonstrated success in designing and deploying AI agents and automation workflows is a MUST
- Experience with real-time analytics, large-scale data systems, and machine learning deployment
- Track record of leading technical projects with cross-functional teams
Location Requirement:
- Must be based in Nashville, TN or surrounding areas
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field or (5+ years of experience will also be considered)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Knowledge of database technologies and data manipulation
- Previous experience in process optimization or business analysis
- Relevant certifications in automation platforms or cloud technologies
- Experience in fintech, logistics, or technology services industries
