Role summary

Little Words Project is seeking enthusiastic Temporary Sales Associates for a holiday pop-up experience at the Gaylord Hotel & Convention Center in Nashville, TN. This role involves creating memorable guest experiences, connecting with customers, assisting with bracelet creation at the Bead Bar, processing transactions, and driving sales. The ideal candidate is a people person with a natural sales mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about spreading positivity. Retail experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. The position runs from November 6, 2026, to January 3, 2027, offering competitive hourly pay plus commission.

Little Words Project is bringing our Pop-Up experience and message of kindness, connection, and self-love to the Gaylord Hotel & Convention Center in Nashville, TN this holiday season—and we’re looking for enthusiastic Temporary Sales Associates to join our team!

Join our holiday Pop-Up team and help bring the Little Words Project experience to life! You’ll connect with guests, share our story, help people create meaningful bracelets, and make each visit a memorable one. It’s a fast-paced, fun environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make genuine connections while helping guests find something special for themselves or someone they love.

What You’ll Do

Create memorable guest experiences by sharing the Little Words Project mission and helping guests find bracelets that inspire them or someone they love.

Connect and sell by making personalized recommendations and helping guests discover pieces that are meaningful to them.

Bring the Bead Bar to life by helping guests create and personalize bracelets and fulfilling custom orders.

Deliver an amazing checkout experience by accurately processing transactions and answering guest questions.

Drive sales and earn commission by engaging guests, building connections, and helping the team achieve sales goals and KPIs.

Keep the pop-up beautiful, organized, stocked, and holiday-ready throughout the day.

Assist with inventory, merchandising, replenishment, clienteling, and other operational needs.

Capture fun, authentic in-store moments and help create an engaging brand experience.

Work collaboratively with the team and jump in wherever needed during busy periods.

Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

What You Bring to the Team

Retail experience preferred—but if you’re a fast learner with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

You’re a people person who genuinely enjoys connecting with others.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with guests.

A natural sales mindset—you’re excited by goals, motivated by results, and enjoy creating great experiences.

Passion for beading, styling, creativity, and self-expression.

You’re positive, flexible, and bring a “let’s figure it out” attitude to the team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including peak holiday periods.

Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team.
