Role summary
Seeking passionate leaders with a proven record of delighting customers and growing sales for a Floral Department Manager position. This role involves leading, coaching, and motivating colleagues, maintaining merchandising and operational standards, and being accountable for departmental sales and financial objectives. Exceptional customer service skills and prior department-specific experience are preferred. The position requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you’ll need:

- Preference will be given to candidates with prior department-specific experience

- Previous management experience in retail or food services
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
